- All items are sold on "as is" basis. None of the items offered on this web site have expressed or implied warranty coverage (except when clearly stated in the product description).
- Some items are only intended for trade shows, static display vehicles, or for off-road racing vehicles. Public road and highway uses are strictly prohibited. Please check your local and state laws regarding the legal use of these products. Alfa Otto will not be responsible for any legal issues arising from the usage of the items, and you assume all risk of liability related to this purchase.
- All items should be professionally installed. We do not provide any installation assistance. The instructions provided for some products are for reference only. We are not responsible for any installation problems.
- We are not responsible for any installation fees that may be incurred during the installation of the products sold on this website.
- If your shipping address is in California, sales tax of 8.25% will be charged automatically. Tax exemption can only be applied to wholesale orders with a minimum purchase.
- We are not responsible for any custom/brokerage fees, taxes or duties related to international orders.
- We reserve the right to change prices without previous notification, and price adjustments will not be applied to your original order.
- We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time, for any reason. We will notify you about the cancellation either by email or phone. If we have already received your payment we will fully refund you for the payment received.
- In the case that all or part of your order contains items that are backordered, we will ship the in-stock items and notify you about the status of your remaining order. Once the backordered items are available, they will be shipped and we will provide you with updated shipping information.
- The pictures, graphics and texts in this website are property of Alfa Otto. None of these materials should be used without our written consent. Unauthorized use of these materials may lead to criminal or civil lawsuits.
- Alfa Otto reserves the right to update the policies and conditions displayed on this website, and you agree to be bounded by them at any time.
Return Policy:
Please review this document carefully to help us process your return quickly and efficiently
All returns are carefully inspected upon receipt. Please follow the return procedure below to avoid return delay or denial. Return processing may take up to 7 business days from the time your return is received. Unauthorized returns/CODs will not be accepted. Authorized returns will be eligible for exchange or STORE CREDIT ONLY. Hand-fit your product and test it for any manufacturer defect before installation.
NOTE:
* Packages that are REFUSED OR RETURNED TO SHIPPER will incur a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
International customers are responsible for any customs/brokerage fees, taxes, or duties.
* PREMIUM PRODUCTS are not eligible for return. All premium product sales are final.
* EBAY CUSTOMERS: All Ebay sales are final. No returns will be accepted unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect.
RETURNING A DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEM
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. Defective, Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to (626) 656-2992 or to customerservice@alfaotto.com. If the claim is not reported within 24 hours of delivery we may refuse the return. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect items are eligible for an exchange or store credit when the return has been inspected and approved. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials to qualify for inspection. No returns will be accepted for products that have been installed (*see Body Kit Disclaimer) or modified in any way.
Defective Items: Give us a full description of the problem. Send us a picture of the item in its defective state. Defective items will be fully inspected before an exchange or store credit is issued.
* Body Kit Disclaimer - Bumpers, side skirts, fenders, lips, spoilers (all hereby referred to as "body kit") require professional installation. Some bodykits that we carry are made for overseas vehicles. To make the kit fit in your car, you might need slightly modification, including sanding, shaving, drilling, remove bumper reinforcement, etc. Have a professional pre-fit the body kit before it is installed, painted or modified in any way. In the event that a body kit does not fit or is defective upon installation, we require the following to issue an RM#: The phone number and address of the body shop where the body kit was installed, a letter with letterhead from the body shop that describes the installation problem in detail, and the license number of the body shop. If these requirements are not met the body kit will NOT be eligible for return. Body kits that have been painted or otherwise modified cannot be returned.
Damaged Items: Describe in detail the condition of the item and packaging. Send us a picture that shows the damaged condition of the item and/or packaging. Damaged items will be fully inspected before an exchange or store credit is issued. Remember to keep all items and packing materials in the condition you received them in case an inspection by a shipping carrier is required.
Incorrect Items: Send us a picture of the item(s) or provide the UPC code and product identification label affixed on the outside of the box. With this information we can verify which item was shipped to your address. Incorrect items will be fully inspected before an exchange or store credit is issued.
RETURNING AN ITEM IN NEW CONDITION
* If your item is NOT defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may return it within 7 days after delivery. A one-time restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returned products. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Returned items are eligible for an exchange or store credit only. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE RETURN PROCEDURE BELOW
1. Inspect Your Package
All items returned must be in brand new, resale condition and contain all the original packaging material. All returns will be inspected and tested upon receipt. Any discrepancies will result in the package being returned at the customer's own cost without credit or replacement.
* Returns will be rejected or refused credit if:
* Items are incomplete
* Items are returned in a non-qualified shipping container
* Package is affixed with counterfeit label(s)
* Standard certification labels are removed from packaging (barcode label, UL Listing, capacity, brand name, UPC Code)
* Item is dented, scratched, defaced or otherwise damaged due to installation
* Item is altered in any capacity
2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Number - (RM#)
All returns require prior authorization from Alfa Otto. Obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RM#) by contacting us at (626) 656-2900 or at customerservice@Alfa Otto.com.
3. Fill out the Return Form
Complete the Return Form and include it in your return package. Affix the address label with RM# to the outside of the package (postage not included). Packages received without an RM#, address label, or completed Return Form will be refused.
4. Ship and Insure Your Package
We recommend that you ship and insure your package using a traceable carrier that can provide you with tracking information and delivery confirmation. Alfa Otto is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. Customers are responsible for postage and handling costs both to and from our warehouse. * At our discretion and in certain returns related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Alfa Otto may issue a pre-paid shipping label for a return or reimburse shipping charges when an original shipping receipt is provided.
IF YOUR RETURN DOES NOT QUALIFY: If your return does not meet the requirements specified, Alfa Otto will contact you to explain why the return was denied. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs to have the item returned from our warehouse. Contact us at (626) 656-2992 or customerservice@alfaotto.com if you have any questions or comments. We are available Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm PST (excluding holidays).
The Alfa Otto Return Policy should serve as a customer guide to our return process. Should a customer abuse any part of the return policy, Alfa Otto will use the full extent of the law to recover any damages that result from the incident(s) occurred.
